CGS Realty and Brokerage Year-End Party 2025 💙✨

More than a celebration, our Year-End Party was a beautiful reminder of how far we’ve come—and how much more we can achieve together. Draped in elegance and confidence, the night truly embodied the spirit of Glamour in the Blues, where style met purpose and unity shined in every moment.

Held at the CGS Realty and Brokerage Office on December 18, 2025, the evening began with an inspiring welcome message from one of our Board of Trustees, Sir Benie Eric Sarcina, setting the tone for gratitude, unity, and vision.

We proudly recognized the dedication and hard work of our agents through the Referral Rewards, awarding Miss Donabel Navarro and Miss Baby Jane Matus ₱2,500 each for their successful referral agents who closed a sale—celebrating excellence dressed in blue elegance.

Laughter and connection filled the room as everyone enjoyed fun and engaging games, followed by the Minor Raffles, and a shared dinner that brought the CGS family closer.

The night continued with a powerful video presentation of what awaits CGS Realty in 2026, reminding us that, just like the color blue, our future is strong, limitless, and full of promise. Tokens were then given to all agents as a simple yet meaningful thank-you for being part of this growing legacy.

Excitement reached its peak during the Major Raffle and the much-anticipated Star of the Night Awards, honoring confidence, elegance, and spirit in true Glamour in the Blues fashion:

Just when everyone thought the surprises were over, the celebration became even more special as Miss Janice Guadez was called forward for an unexpected recognition. She received a ₱10,000 cash incentive for successfully hitting her quota—an achievement that truly reflects dedication, perseverance, and excellence. The look of surprise and joy on her face was a heartwarming highlight of the evening, inspiring everyone to aim higher in the coming year.

The night concluded with an exchange of gifts, a heartfelt wine toasting and closing remarks from our very own Ma’am Conie G. Sarcina, and countless smiles that reflected genuine joy, gratitude, and camaraderie.
