"Pause and Play" Appreciation Night 2025

CGS Realty and Brokerage Appreciation Night 2025 was a memorable celebration of gratitude, teamwork, and well-deserved recognition, held on July 1, 2025, at Break 100, NUSTAR Mall, with the engaging theme “Pause and Play.”

The event was dedicated to honoring the valuable contributions and outstanding performance of our team members for the 1st and 2nd quarters of the year, acknowledging their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. The evening officially began with a heartfelt Welcome Message from our CEO, Ma’am Conie Sarcina, who expressed her appreciation for the team’s continuous efforts and encouraged everyone to take a moment to pause, recharge, and celebrate their achievements together.

Following the program, agents enjoyed an intimate dinner, creating an atmosphere of connection, gratitude, and shared success. As the night unfolded, the celebration shifted to fun-filled activities, with everyone participating in various sports and games, including indoor golf,  embracing the “Pause and Play” theme with energy, laughter, and friendly competition.

One of the highlights of the evening was the recognition of our Best in Attire awardees—Ms. Sarah Jane Divinagracian for Female and Sir Deynar Aranar for Male—who truly embodied style and confidence for the occasion. The Appreciation Night concluded on a high note, filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
