CGS Realty and Brokerage celebrates fifth anniversary

CGS Realty and Brokerage celebrated its fifth anniversary on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Mandarin Plaza Hotel in Cebu. Gathered together as Greek gods and goddesses under the theme “Empowered by Gods, Celebrating Like Legends,” the top eight sellers and teams were recognized for their outstanding performance in 2024.

Mr. Benie Eric Sarcina, a member of the Board of Trustees and one of the Pillars of CGS Realty and Brokerage, warmly welcomed everyone to the event, expressing his hopes that it would bring together the company’s teams and departments.

To acknowledge the individuals behind the company’s success, Sarah Jane Divinagracia was awarded the Certificate of Promotion and Loyalty Award, while Maricar Villegas received the Referral Reward.

Adding inspiration to the celebration was the Founder’s Address delivered by CGS Realty and Brokerage’s very own Chief Executive Officer, Ma’am Conie G. Sarcina. In her message, she reflected on CGS’s humble beginnings and the journey that led the company to its fifth year, highlighting the unwavering dedication, faith, and unity of its people. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the sellers and staff who continue to embody CGS’s core values, reminding everyone that the company’s success is rooted not only in sales but in integrity, service, and teamwork. She also encouraged the entire CGS family to aim higher, remain resilient, and continue building legacies together as they move toward greater milestones.

To make the event more special, CGS concluded its jingle-making contest. The winning team was set to receive P10,000, and their composition would become the official jingle of CGS Realty and Brokerage. The Green Diamond Team ultimately emerged victorious with their jingle entitled “CGS at Your Service,” featuring the promising line, “We're gonna help you find your dream home today,” which reflected the spirit of service—one of CGS’s core ideals.

For the top sellers of 2024, Donabel Navarro and Ma. Liezl Plania of the Blue Sapphire Team were awarded eighth and seventh place, respectively. Angelie Nocido of the Ivory Pearl Team was recognized as the sixth top seller, while April Congmon of the Orange Amber Team placed fifth. Janice Guadez of the Yellow Green Peridot Team ranked fourth overall. Third place went to Deynar Aranar of the Red Ruby Team, while Sarah Jane Divinagracia of the Green Diamond Team was awarded second top seller. Finally, Ms. Maricar Villegas of the Yellow Green Peridot Team triumphed as CGS Realty and Brokerage’s Top Seller of 2024.

To acknowledge the significant contributions of the teams, the Top Three Teams of 2024 were also awarded: the Red Ruby Team in third place, the Green Diamond Team in second place, and the Yellow Green Peridot Team in first place.

The generosity of CGS Realty and Brokerage continued with performance bonuses awarded to outstanding members of the group. Genesis Elic and Sarah Jane Divinagracia each received P20,000, Deynar Aranar received P30,000, and Maricar Villegas was awarded P50,000. In recognition of her remarkable performance and extensive efforts, Aljean J. Senador was surprised with a performance bonus of P15,000.

As the program drew to a close, Genesis Elic expressed his gratitude for CGS’s continued success and the new milestones it has achieved, emphasizing the company’s core values of honesty, service, and professionalism.
