We started as a department under Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. (SLLI) with the primary objective of tapping the international market– the Overseas Filipino Workers. Eventually, in 2011, our President and CEO Ms. Liezel T. Magpoc founded Santalucia Ventures, Inc., more popularly known today as Sta. Lucia Marketing. As part of SLLI’s marketing arms, Sta. Lucia Marketing still focused on selling Sta. Lucia projects to OFWs abroad.
Our first international branch was founded in London, United Kingdom in 2011. Currently, we now have 6 international offices based in Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Paris, Milan, and London. Through the years, we also continue to cater local clients as we have established 9 local branches in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
We’re still dreaming about new ways to extend our roster of clients. We continuously seek opportunities on expanding our team and don’t stop looking for champion sales partners that can help us get to the top of the real estate game, carry out our mission and vision along with us, and achieve our goals as we help them achieve theirs.
