Aboitiz Land
Aboitiz Land, the real estate arm of the Aboitiz Group, traces its roots to a hemp trading business in Ormoc, Leyte, dating back to the 1800s. Established in 1994 under the visionary leadership of Roberto “Bobby” Aboitiz and Andoni Aboitiz, the company has since built a legacy of creating well-planned, high-quality communities.
Its pioneering projects include North Town Homes in Mandaue City and industrial developments like West Cebu Industrial Park (1992) and Mactan Economic Zone II (1995), both driving Cebu’s economic growth. Expanding to Luzon in 2017, Aboitiz Land launched landmark projects like Seafront Residences in Laiya, San Juan, a multi-awarded seaside community, expanding as far as Central Luzon through Ajoya communities in Tarlac, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija.
With over 30 years of developing communities, it continues to build on its commitment to innovate ways of living, Aboitiz Land is evolving to meet the growing residential needs within and around Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates, beginning with The Villages at LIMA Estate.
